The axle system of railway locomotive and vehicle adopts different structural design because of different application conditions. The bearing is connected with the bogie through the axle box, and the railway freight car has no axle box. The bearing is connected with the bogie side frame through the bearing saddle. The bearing bears the impact load between the wheelset and the bogie frame, as well as the axial load generated when the vehicle turns. The wheel shaft bearing structure comprises cylindrical roller bearing, cylindrical roller bearing unit, tapered roller bearing, tapered roller bearing unit. According to the application requirements of railway bearings, wheel and shaft bearings should have long maintenance-free cycle, convenient structure design and high reliability.
